This Way provides workshops and support to people who are facing redundancy. Companies who are restructuring can bring This Way in to help prepare their staff who are facing the uncertainty of a volatile job market and help employees ‘leave well’. My job was to create the visual identity and supporting materials to help kick start This Way on their journey. I created a marque that communicated moving in a positive direction combined with empathy and created supportive materials to reinforce these values.
